Complimentary Consultation
We begin with a free initial consultation to meet with key stakeholders and explore the needs and goals of your organization. During this session, we:
Discuss the objectives of the company and the individuals seeking coaching
Evaluate whether coaching is the right solution for your leadership needs
Determine the suitability of Legacy Coaching as your trusted partner
Confidentiality is paramount. All coaching session content remains strictly private and confidential to ensure open and honest dialogue. We only proceed if we believe coaching will genuinely benefit your organization and the individuals involved.
2. The Discovery Phase
Once we establish Legacy Coaching is a good fit, we collaborate with stakeholders and coaching participants to define the goals and desired outcomes of the engagement. This phase ensures alignment and clear expectations for all parties involved.
We believe in the use of time-tested assessment tools to establish baselines and benchmarks to effectively achieve key outcomes. Company leadership works in collaboration with the leader(s) involved in coaching to establish KPI’s and/or other success factors to track performance and determine a check-in cadence with stakeholders.
This collaborative approach ensures alignment of objectives and accountability throughout the process.
3. The Coaching Engagement
Once coaching begins, the focus shifts entirely to the individual. Confidentiality is at the heart of the engagement, creating a safe and trusted space where the individual client can openly discuss and explore challenges, opportunities, and goals.
Coaching sessions are typically scheduled weekly during the initial engagement and no less frequent than one session every other week to maintain momentum and continuity.
Engagement duration is customized based on both organizational and individual needs, agreed upon in advance to set clear expectations and can be modified at any time.
